Our Desktop Appraisals start from £450+VAT - Our desktop appraisal costs are calculated depending on the term of your lease, location and value of your property.

Legal Representation
As well as a valuer you will also require legal representation to check the validity of any notices served or received throughout the process. Your legal representative will not only initiate the formal process, they will also see the lease extension through to completion and ensure that deadlines are met. ELE works closely alongside several reputable law firms who specialise in lease extensions. We can offer location specific introduction to a Solicitor to act for you.
